Julicare Foundation began with a simple conviction: that every human being — regardless of race, age, or circumstance — deserves to be seen, fed, clothed, and loved. From a small group of friends with a van full of meals, we have grown into a community of hundreds reaching the most vulnerable across Quebec and beyond.
