When I first walked the cold streets of Montreal handing out coffee and sandwiches, I didn't know we'd one day serve thousands. I only knew that no one — no widow, no orphan, no elder — should feel invisible. Julicare is not mine. It belongs to every volunteer, donor, and beneficiary who said yes to compassion.

A van and a vision
A small group begins distributing meals to the homeless in downtown Montreal.
